This question asks: What will be the ratio of COVID-19 deaths per capita between Sweden and Finland be for 2021?
The intent here is to get some idea how these two strategies will seem to have worked differently in the near term.
This question will be resolved using World Health Organization reports. As of 2020-05-29, according to Statista Sweden has had 418.93 COVID-19 deaths per million vs. 56.72 deaths per million for Finland.
Some advocates of a faster reopening of the US economy have pointed to Sweden as an example they would like to emulate. Part of the intent of this question is to see what the political and social ramifications of following Sweden's example might be.
The issue of restart speed is becoming an important and partisan issue in the United States. According to this CBS Poll from 2020-04-22 over 70% of Americans favor continuation of the lockdowns. However, most Republicans favor as rapid a restart as possible even if it exposes more people to Coronavirus.
This question has some companion questions. Together they look at the relative effectiveness of these two approaches by one important metric and some political, social and economic consequences of these public health policies.

Metaculus help: Community Stats
Use the community stats to get a better sense of the community consensus (or lack thereof) for this question. Sometimes people have wildly different ideas about the likely outcomes, and sometimes people are in close agreement. There are even times when the community seems very certain of uncertainty, like when everyone agrees that event is only 50% likely to happen.
When you make a prediction, check the community stats to see where you land. If your prediction is an outlier, might there be something you're overlooking that others have seen? Or do you have special insight that others are lacking? Either way, it might be a good idea to join the discussion in the comments.
